Welcome Volunteers

Volunteer and shop early! Volunteering is EASY and FUN! Switch-a-Roos is looking for volunteers to help the sale run smoothly. In exchange for your help, you will receive (1) volunteer pre-sale pass. Passes will be distributed at check-in before the sale on Thursday evening.

There are many task involved with children consignment sales. The task you may be assigned to during your shift are listed below.

  • Item sorting and placing
  • Assisting shoppers
  • Organizing merchandise
  • Assisting with Check-out

Sweet Sacs

Switch-a-Roos needs a group of (5) five to assemble coupon bags. There will be 500 bags that will need to be put together in a non-smoking household. The bags will need to be delivered to the Carolina First Center on Wednesday, before the sale starts. What a great opportunity for a get together with the girls!


Flyer Delivery

Deliver flyers in the area you are assigned and shop early. Flyers will need to be delivered to day cares, Doctor's offices, Dentist offices, Dance studios, or any child oriented businesses. You will need to get permission from the businesses and turn in a "Drop-off area" list to us during check-in at the pre-sale.

Copying Flyers

If you have access to a copier and can make copy's for Switch-a-Roos you can shop early. You will need to make 500 copies on colored paper. The flyers must be cut in half for a total of 1000 flyers and mailed to a designated person.
